Lorinda got in the action and ran part of the Ironman race. LOL

I was able to find a good spot to get a photo of him riding, he had just finished the loop out to Higgins point and he was now on his way out 95 towards Worley.
I made a sign for Ray. The 1719 was Ray's race number. I held this up for him at the end of the run by the finish line for him to see. As a side note the material I used was from our wedding.
Back at transition to start the run portion of the race.

He came over so that I could give him a good job/luck kiss before his next leg on the bike portion of the race.
Good news his face did not get sunburned, unfortunately they missed some spots on his legs and he ended up with very sunburnt legs.
This is the transition area. This was the rack that Ray had his bike on and would transition between each of the legs of the race.
